How often to poll
Readers send the ETag from last time; when nothing changed the server answers with a tiny 304 and nothing is downloaded again. Refreshing every 30 minutes is enough — going faster will not return newer content.
Item links point to on-site reading pages; source links are in the summary. Being able to subscribe anonymously does not mean every use is licensed; seeTerms of use.
